C10 automatic to manual

But what do you have to do with a Manual to Auto trans swap? Driveshaft, flexplate, converter, trans, yoke? It'd be a TH, or a TH  · You mention "'80s C10" but are also talking about bolt-action 3-speeds on the column. I'm not sure when that set-up went away, but '80s seems late to me. In fact, I know they had 4spd OD manual transmissions from ''87, and those are on the floor. It'll make a difference on what generation truck you get. Of course, anything is doable with enough ambition and, more importantly, money. It is done all the time, but it is very complicated and expensive and only makes sense for rare/enthusiast cars.
